Doug Vandetta - Mortgage Guru
Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Doug Vandetta has been a dedicated mortgage loan officer since July 2002. With over two decades of experience, Doug brings deep knowledge, unwavering integrity, and a personal touch to every client he serves. Throughout his years in Rochester, Doug was deeply embedded in the community—not just as a professional, but as a mentor and leader. He coached youth sports, participated in professional networking groups, and served on the Board of Assessment Review, always striving to give back and support those around him.
In June 2024, Doug embraced a new chapter, moving to Southwest Florida (SWFL) in pursuit of sunshine and new opportunities. Since relocating, he has built a professional network that is second to none, while successfully expanding his mortgage business across Florida and South Carolina. Although he has relocated, Doug visits Rochester regularly to stay connected with family, friends, business partners, and long-time clients.

Matt Jones - Insurance Ace
Matthew Jones, President and CEO, was born and grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. In 2015, he moved to Florida at the age of 20. Matthew went right into the insurance business doing Surety work and quickly became a bail bondsman. In 2012, he became the Managing General Agent for Sun Surety in the state of Florida and managed over 40 agencies. Matthew has served in a variety of leadership roles with the Florida Bail Agents Association including as treasurer and board member in 2015 and President in 2016 where he actively worked with the Legislature. In 2016, Jones Family Insurance also expanded and started doing work with personal and commercial insurance policies. Matthew has an 11 year old daughter, Gabriella who attends school at Charlotte Prep where Matthew serves as Board President and has served as a board member, treasurer and member of the finance committee. As an active community member, Matthew enjoys giving back to the community. He also graduated from Leadership Charlotte.
